1. Delivery Area

We deliver our products throughout Lithuania.

2. Delivery Methods

We offer two delivery methods – parcel lockers and courier delivery. You can choose the option that is most convenient for you.

Please note that items with a delivery time of 3–8 business days are delivered only by courier.

Items with a delivery time of 2–4 business days can be delivered either by courier or to a parcel locker.

When placing your order, please make sure to enter the correct phone number so that you can receive a notification once your parcel arrives, or for the courier to contact you during delivery.

3. Delivery Fees

Below are the delivery rates for parcel terminals and courier services.
Free delivery applies to orders over €60.

Parcel terminals:

  • LP EXPRESS – €2.20

  • OMNIVA – €2.60

  • DPD – €2.50

Courier:

  • DPD – €3.99

4. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days or 2–4 business days, counted from the day the order is paid for and confirmed.
The delivery time for each product is indicated in its description.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days.

Please note that during busy periods (e.g., sales or holidays), delivery times may be longer. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.

5. Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing tracking information (if applicable). This allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress until delivery.

6. Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel (e.g., due to an incorrect address or inability to reach the recipient), the shipment may be returned to the sender. In such cases, the customer will be notified by email to arrange further steps.
